As Cobble Street Market’s kettle chip line expanded into delis nationwide, the brand faced a critical challenge: stagnant sales and limited shelf impact against established national competitors. I was brought in to revitalize the visual identity and elevate the packaging to align with today’s premium snack expectations.
Through a strategic design restage, I developed a refreshed look that blends authentic deli heritage with modern shelf presence. The new packaging system was built around custom product photography, dynamic compositions, and AI-enhanced imagery that infused each SKU with energy and appetite appeal.
The result is a cohesive, high-performing design system that not only elevated brand perception but also drove measurable increases in sell-through and retailer engagement — positioning Cobble Street Market as a credible player in the national snack aisle.
